Go to clicktel.com and:

1. Install
2. activate accept cookies
3. Accept pop-us
4. Register
5. Login to call

Or

1. Go to clicktel.com
2. Register
3. Log in
4. Click the "Phone anywhere" drop-down menu /located at the lower left corner of the web page/
5. Download clicktel .exe
6. Restart IE
7. Log in again
8. Click the "Phone anywhere" drop-down menu again
9. Enter free g-pin and phone number
10. Click the "call" button
